The patented MTS opens a new dimension in weight variability and maximum weight load. By means of simple changes the following gear ratios can be chosen:

 1:2 = weights are doubled (perfect for a professional training!)

1:0,5 = half of the weights (2,5 kg-steps – perfect for women)
